There are many biker/motorcycle groups out there and they do lots of good works. Toys for Tots, Christmas Toy Runs, Police and Firemen funds, events to help our troops know we love and appreciate them, and the list goes on and on.
If you would like to have your group listed below, please email ksuinfo@yahoo.com and provide the following: Name of the group, some pictures of the group, group website, some examples of the charity/community work your group has performed, and the requirements to be part of the riding group.
Bikers definitely make a difference in the world. Let’s toot our own
horns!

First United Methodist Church of Grapevine Circuit Riders - http://www.firstmethodistgrapevine.com- The Circuit Riders are First Church’s Motorcycle Ministry. Their mission is to enjoy Christian fellowship with others who share a common interest in motorcycle riding, cruising and touring... with some good works thrown in along the way! They have roughly ten to fifteen bikers that participate in charity events and rides. One event they take pride in is helping build roughly 125 pedal pushing bikes for the kids at the United Methodist Home in Waco. Delivery of the bikes is in December and a group of Circuit Riders leads the truckload of pedal bikes from Grapevine to Waco. Just seeing the excitement in the kids eyes from having motorcycles helping deliver the bikes makes this very worth while. Building the bikes and knowing we are helping kids truly is a lot of fun and very rewarding. Want to learn more about the Circuit Riders or be part of their group? Visit the church's website - www.firstmethodistgrapevine.com, then look under Adult Ministries. Or, you can call the church at (817)481-2559.

MISSION STATEMENT - The Texas Motorcycle Roadriders Association is the largest
association of clubs and individuals in the state of Texas . For over 30
years we have stood for rights, education, fellowship and communication for
Texas riders. There are six geographical areas, each represented by a TMRA
Vice President to ensure that the concerns of all are brought to the state
Board of Directors.
Membership in TMRA presents several benefits. Our monthly magazine, the Daimler's
Folly, is a great source of information about what's happening around the state.
The Good Samaritan Program is a listing of TMRA members who are willing to
come to the aid of a member in need wherever they may be in the state. The
Supporting Merchant Program is for businesses that support us by giving members
a discount on parts or services. All members are entitled to receive a term
life insurance policy of $2000.00 free of charge. Higher benefits are available
at a reduced cost. Chartered Clubs can list their events in the calendar, and
promote them in the Daimler's Folly.
